Easterseals’ residential services are designed to maximize an individual’s potential by providing a structured, supportive environment where participants can take control of their well-being. Supportive Housing
Our Supportive Housing program provides comprehensive housing solutions for individuals with mental illness. With the help of our experienced case managers, you will receive tailored services to achieve independent living, with compassionate care and stability.
Integrated Case Management Services
Our Integrated Case Management Services provide personalized guidance and coordination to help you navigate the behavioral-health system, coordinate services, achieve your goals, and receive the support you need. Our skilled case managers ensure you can access the right services like therapy, community resources, or crisis intervention. We’re here to ensure your care is seamless and effective!
