Anysa Holder serves as Chief Philanthropy Officer for Easterseals New Jersey, where she leads the organization’s fundraising and philanthropic strategy, including individual and major giving, corporate and foundation partnerships, donor engagement, and long-term revenue growth. Previously, as Chief Advancement Officer, she provided executive leadership across fundraising, marketing and communications, advocacy, and information and referral, helping shape a more integrated approach to advancing the organization’s mission and reach.
Anysa is a graduate of New York University and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). A lifelong communicator and nonprofit leader, she brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, with much of her career focused on helping social impact organizations strengthen their brands, deepen engagement, and grow their impact.
Her cross-disciplinary teams have earned recognition from organizations including Graphic Design USA and the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts. Anysa has also been recognized as one of New Jersey’s Top 40 Under 40 in Marketing and as one of “Jersey’s Best” in Marketing by the NJ Ad Club.
Beyond Easterseals New Jersey, Anysa contributes her experience to nonprofit and professional organizations through board service, advisory roles, and leadership within the broader social impact sector.
