Aleisha Hart joined Easterseals New Jersey in 2008 as a Senior Financial Analyst. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2017 and currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer. She is responsible for managing an average portfolio of over 80 million dollars and overseeing administration and services for the whole of the organization.
Hart, a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Institute of Management Accountants, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Wilberforce University. She now boasts almost 30 years of corporate finance and accounting practice and over 20 years of leadership proficiency. Her experience during this time spans various industries, including real estate, government, and non-profit.
Hart was one of the nominated finalists of the 2016 NJBIZ CFO of the Year Rising Stars Awards and was also a recipient of the esteemed Easterseals Clark J. Paradise Award, which is given out to an employee of Easterseals who exemplifies the highest standard of the company’s mission. Aleisha is known for her quick study skills, passion for her work, and pride in getting more done with less!
