Jamesburg, NJ – As many New Jerseyans face challenges accessing healthcare due to changes in federally funded programs and rising private-sector costs, two leading nonprofits are taking action. Easterseals New Jersey, an affiliate of Auress Opportunity Network, has announced a powerful new partnership with The Arc of Monmouth to expand access to critical support and ensure continuity of care for individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges throughout the state. The partnership builds on each organization’s decades-long commitment to person-centered care.
This collaboration leverages each organization’s decades of expertise to provide a more integrated and comprehensive network of services spanning all 21 New Jersey counties. Together, the nonprofits are creating stronger pathways for individuals at risk of falling through system gaps, extending essential programs in residential support, community integration, employment, and mental health.
“By partnering with Easterseals New Jersey, we’re expanding access to coordinated, person-centered care for individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges,” said Robert Angel, Executive Director of The Arc of Monmouth. “Together, we’re closing gaps in care and strengthening support for New Jersey’s most vulnerable communities.”
“Together, we are building a stronger, more inclusive community where healthcare and social services are truly accessible for all,” said Cristina Jones, Chief Program Officer at Easterseals New Jersey. “Bringing two trusted networks together means more resources, more advocacy, and a renewed commitment to every New Jerseyan’s dignity and security.”
The partnership underscores a shared mission: ensuring that individuals and families throughout the Garden State have equitable access to the programs and supports they need to thrive. By aligning resources and expertise, Easterseals New Jersey and The Arc of Monmouth are setting a new standard for collaboration in the human services sector.
