JAMESBURG, NJ, September 14, 2026 - Easterseals New Jersey today announced that Aleisha Hart, Chief Operating Officer, has been named a 2026 Philadelphia Titan 100 honoree by Titan CEO and headline sponsor Cherry Bekaert — marking her second consecutive year receiving the recognition.
The Titan 100 program recognizes Philadelphia's Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives — the region's most accomplished business leaders, selected for demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion. Together, the 2026 Philadelphia Titan 100 honorees and their companies generate more than $71.6 billion in annual revenue and employ over 78,000 people across the region and beyond.
Hart's selection is notable for two reasons. Nonprofit leaders are rarely represented among Titan 100 honorees, who are drawn predominantly from the for-profit sector. And of the honorees recognized, only two were selected for a second consecutive year in the Philadelphia region this cycle — Hart and one other honoree, both Chief Operating Officers.

Hart is also an active participant in a monthly Titan CEO leadership peer group focused on leadership development — an experience she has credited with making her a stronger leader, and one she has asked to continue as part of her professional development this fiscal year.
