Chatham’s Jim Anker joins board of directors at Easterseals non-profit

CHATHAM - Borough resident Jim Ankner has been appointed to the board of directors at Easterseals New Jersey, a Jamesburg-based disability services nonprofit. Ankner works as the co-president of Hummingbird Ventures, a communications and marketing services company. According to Easterseals, Ankner was appointed as he brings high level marketing communications experience and insights to the nonprofit, which serves people with disabilities throughout New Jersey. Ankner holds a bachelor's degree in communications and journalism from Seton Hall University in South Orange. He previously worked as the vice president of corporate communications at Travelers, an insurance company.
